Why do I have pain in the solar plexus?

Causes of solar plexus pain. A series of different conditions can lead to solar plexus pain. It can range from physical to emotional. Worry Anxiety is a common cause of solar plexus pain. The solar plexus is linked to adrenal glands and lungs. The reaction of fighting or escaping to stress can lead to bad breathing.
